What is the maximum amount I can earn from the referral program?
There is no upper limit on the number of referrals that you can make. The more friends you sign up, the more you earn!
How long will this referral program run for?
Your friend needs to complete the purchase of S$100 or RM300 within the campaign period, which runs until 31 July 2016 , in order for you to qualify for the reward.
Why did my referral bonus not show up?
Some possible reasons are:
- The referred customer must have signed up after clicking your referral link (and if they clicked multiple referral links they must have clicked your link last). If your friend did not sign up using your link, then we will not award you the bonus.
- Referral bonuses are only paid after the person you referred verifies their account and spends a cumulative S$100 or a cumulative RM300 or more on CoinHako. The funds have to be delivered to both your accounts.
- It takes around 10 minutes to process the payment.
- We deem it to be a duplicate or fake account, and we do not pay out referral bonuses on these accounts. These type of new accounts will not earn you a bonus. (We only allow 1 account per individual)
