Towards the end of 2017, we were faced with overwhelming demand towards and presented with significant challenges in ensuring that we can respond to all customer requests and needs within the fastest possible timeframe. This was a challenge that the industry faced as a whole and not just by Coinhako.
We would like to apologize for any delays you might have experienced with our services and we fully understand your frustrations. Our teams are working their hardest to provide you with the fastest possible response time and it is never our intention for you to experience any delays or unsatisfactory experiences with our services.
For 2018, we will be looking to provide more services and further improve our user experience as top priorities.

We are fully aware of the increasing needs & demand surrounding the industry. We will be looking to add on to our services and Cryptocurrency portfolio during 2018 to keep up with the ever-increasing demand surrounding the industry.
In addition to expanding our services, we also hope to be able to bring blockchain technology to other countries for the year.

- Better Communications & Support Resources
During the year of 2017, we had taken steps to improve our support content to suit the growing demand. We strongly recommend utilizing information at our Information Centre and this Blog to beat the ticket queue time. We constantly seek to further improve on these content and we trust that you can find information to suit your queries.
For 2018:
- We will be looking to further improve our communications along the values of Transparency, Efficiency, and Timeliness.
- We will seek to work closely together with our users and the Cryptocurrency community towards building a more conducive environment going forward. Please do not hesitate to provide us feedback on matters that you can improve on.
- Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Reminder
Staying up to date is always key in such a dynamic and ever-changing industry.
We would like to remind everyone to also keep updated with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We are actively working to improve these agreements to better suit the changing regulatory landscape for the benefit of our users. With the increasing prominence of Cryptocurrencies in society, we believe that further adjustments will need to be made to these Addendums for the year.

- Further Security Enhancement
Ensuring data and fund security for our users is of utmost importance for us as always. During 2017, we were actively adding new features to our platform and enhancing our system’s security.
As the Cryptocurrency community continues to face threats from the Cybersecurity matters, we will continue looking for ways to further protect your account(s) with Coinhako through 2018.
